Over the years, Treehill Park's HOA Board of Directors ("The Board") has passed several Resolutions that Treehill's residents need to be aware of.

As a Treehill homeowner, you should have been given a copy of all Resolutions when the purchase of your unit closed. For the benefit of those who have misplaced their copies, and for the benefit of potential homeowners, The Board has decided to make them available here for your reference.

If you are renting a unit at Treehill, your landlord should have given you a copy of the Resolutions, along with copies of our Bylaws and Condo Rules. All are binding upon renters and homeowners alike.

What is a Resolution? Click here for a simple, concise explanation of the two types of Resolutions The Board uses.

One of Treehill's most popular features is our outdoor swimming pool adjacent to our Rec Center building. Even though our pool is reserved for residents of Treehill and their guests (as permitted in accordance with the rules) and is NOT open to the public, Treehill is required by State Law to maintain the pool to the same standards as public pools with regard to cleanliness and safety.

Our swimming pool rules may be found here.
