Below are two versions of our Bylaws and a link to our Declaration Of Unit Ownership.
The Bylaws labeled "original" is a decades-old photocopy of a photocopy of a photocopy, and is riddled with visual detritus that was typical of those kinds of documents in the 1970's when Treehill was built.
The "clean" copy is a newly-transcribed version of the exact same document, but is much easier to read.

Our Declaration Of Unit Ownership has not previously been available on this web site. You should, however, have received a copy at closing when you purchased your unit. This is a large .PDF, running 54 pages.
On October 30 the original "Declaration" .PDF was replaced with a version that is searchable using the built-in "Find Text" feature of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. No other changes were made to the document.
